The Deep Buildwell website does not publish Gujarat RERA registration numbers for its Dholera projects. It markets its plots as N.A., NOC and title-clear, but those are company statements, not a RERA registration. Ask for each project's specific Gujarat RERA number and verify it on the state RERA portal (gujrera.gujarat.gov.in), along with the N.A. and title documents for your exact plot, before booking.

Before you buy any Dholera plot

This is general guidance that applies to every Dholera developer and plot, not a comment on this company.

1. Ask for the exact Gujarat RERA registration number of your specific plot or project, then verify it yourself on the state portal at gujrera.gujarat.gov.in. A blanket "RERA approved" is not the same as a registered project number.
2. Get the all-in price and the full payment schedule in writing before paying any token.
3. Confirm clear, dispute-free title and pull the 7/12 land record for the exact survey number. A lawyer's title-search opinion is worth the cost.
4. Confirm Non-Agricultural (N.A.) status for that survey number, and prefer plots inside sanctioned Town Planning schemes and the official region boundary.
5. Treat any projected appreciation as an expectation, not a promise. No plot's future price is guaranteed.
